Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, 100%. If you are not satisfied and I cannot correct the photo to your specifications, there will be no charge. You will have the opportunity to review the proof prior to payment.

 

Is there a minimum order size?

No, I do not require a minimum order amount.

 

Will there be a shipping charge on my order?

Shipping will be free on orders of $40.00 or more. Orders under $40.00 will be $8.95.

 

How do we pay for your services?

I accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Certified Checks.

 

When will my order be finished?

Typically in 5 to 8 days, I will give you a better estimate when I send you the quote.

 

May we send you the original photo; will you harm it in any way?

Please send the original photo for scanning. All photos will be returned in the same condition as they are received.

 

If I send a CD or download a file to you, what format would I use?

I will work with any format you chose, but I prefer JPG or TIFF files.

 

What resolution do I scan my photos at?

A minimum of 300 dpi, 600 dpi is preferred.

 

Can you add text to my photo?

Yes, I can add text, backgrounds etc.

 

When I receive my finished photos back, what will I receive?

You will receive the size prints you specified on your order; printed on either glossy or matt finish paper. You may also order the files on a CD.

 

Will I have a chance to review the finished photo before I pay?

Yes, I will E-Mail you a proof of the photo for your approval before you pay.

 

What is the best way to package the photos I send to you?

Place the photo(s) between two pieces of cardboard that are larger than the photos and tape on all four sides. Ship in a box available either from the Post Office (Priority Mail) or purchased at an office supply store.

 

Are there any photos you will not accept?

Yes, I will not work on pornography or copy protected photos.
